ਦਸਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਸ਼ਨ 28.02.2024 ਨੂੰ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਵਲੋਂ 28.02.2024 ਨੂੰ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਜੁਆਇੰਨ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਵਲੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਲਾਭ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਆਪਸ਼ਨ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਉਸਨੂੰ 29.02.2024 ਤੋਂ ਲਾਭ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਹੁਣ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਸਦਾ ਇਕ ਸਾਲ ਦਾ ਅਜਮਾਇਸ਼ੀ ਸਮਾਂ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋਣ ਤੇ ਸਾਲਾਨਾ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਹੈ ਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ Leap Year ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਸਦਾ ਇਕ ਸਾਲ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਕਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਗਿਣਿਆ ਜਾਣਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਸਾਲਾਨਾ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਕਿਸ ਮਿਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਹੈ, ਮਿਤੀ 01.02.2025 ਤੋਂ ਜਾ ਮਿਤੀ 01.03.2025 ਤੋਂ।

ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲਤਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਜੀ।
