Instructions for uploading Documents in Documents Library

  • Notifications/Circulars/ Acts/Guidelines/Instructions etc, which are directly relating to Service Matters/Financial Matters of Punjab Govt. Employees/Pensioners Should be uploaded.
  • No Documents, which are Confidential/Secret in nature of which is for official use only, should be uploaded.
  • All fields provided should be filled duly after reading the subject/subject matter of the document.
  • Before uploading any document, please check the Department Name, subject and date of issue of document. Documents which are already available on should not be uploaded.
