ਬਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਨਾਮ ਤੋਂ ( No Name Complaint by Unknown Person ) ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ/ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਪਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਤੇ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨਾ-ਕਰਨ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ/ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰੋਵਾਈਡ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ  ਦੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲਤਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਜੀ ।।
