Pls tell me can a female employee who child is under 5 year, can take a child care leave for her child but without any doctor certificate? I heard somewhere that child care leave can avail without any doctor certificate or exam date sheet if child is under 5 year? Only self declaration form is sufficient. And can a female employee go on CCL without prior approval( in case of emergency  as sometimes it takes too much time to get the order of approval) ?
