My question is if an employee who is in probation period, availed all leaves due to accident then goes on extra ordinary leave (without pay leave) sanctioned by department, then whether his probation period extended or not. e.g. if employee is on 3 month without pay leave on medical certificate then his probation will be extended or not? pls reply
