Respected sir, i was working as Stenographer Grade-II in pay scale of Rs.10300-34800with grade pay of Rs. 4400 and my next promotion was to be in 4600. However i have been promoted as Superintendent cum CAO in the pay scale of Rs.15600-39100 garde pay Rs.5400. As such i have been bgranted only two increments and my pay has betwen fixed from Rs.67000 to Rs.70000 as basic pay. Please provide any instructions or any other letter vide which i may bew provided more pay or increment
