Recently, I have been appointed through direct recruitment (via the proper channel) at Level 14 (₹1,44,200) with a fixed emolument during the three-year probation period, as per the advertisement.
Could you please clarify whether pay protection will be based on my current basic pay or my total gross salary, including DA, HRA, and other allowances?
