Kindly share rules/notification/clarification (other than common condition rules) regarding seniority of waiting list candidates appointment through direct recruitment...whether He/She will be senior than candidate selected in first list..or seniority will be fixed according to the marks/merit prepared by the commission..or earlier selection will be senior than subsequent selection...
PS - Marks of the candidate joined through waiting list is more than marks of candidate selected in first list..

@smspunjab any Letter on the basis of which I can pursue case in our dept...as in our dept waiting list candidates are being awarded seniority based on the marks only...
