ਕੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਣ ਵੀ ਮਨਜੂਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਜੇਕਰ ਉਸਨੇ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਨਾ ਲਈ ਹੋਵੇ l
