ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਿਵਲ ਸਕੱਤਰੇਤ ਵਿਖੇ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਿਭਾ ਰਹੇ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਏ, ਬੀ,ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਡੀ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ/ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਾਲ 2022-23 (ਮਿਤੀ 01.04.2022 ਤੋਂ ਮਿਤੀ 31.03.2023 ਤੱਕ) ਦੀਆਂ ਸਲਾਨਾ ਕਾਰਗੁਜਾਰੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਲਿਖਣ ਸਬੰਧੀ।
ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਵਿੱਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਨਖ਼ਾਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਿਲ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਖਜਾਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੇਜਣ ਲਈ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ ਹਾਲੇ ਵੀ ਕਈ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ। ਸੋ ਵਿੱਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਲੋਂ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਨਾ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਡੀ. ਡੀ. ਓਜ਼. ਦੀ ਲਿਸਟ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕੀ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਮਿਤੀ 12 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2023 ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਪੱਤਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਹ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਦੂਜੇ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੂਜੇ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਈਗ੍ਰੇਟ (Migrate) ਹੋ ਕੇ ਆਏ (OBC & BC) ਪੱਛੜੀਆਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀਆਂ/ਹੋਰ ਪੱਛੜੀਆਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣਯੋਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ। ਇਹਨਾਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਾਪੀ smsPunjab.in ਤੇ ਅੱਪਲੋਡ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਸੀਂ Login ਕਰਕੇ ਡਾਊਨਲੋਡ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ।
